Enquiries and access requests
The forms collect your name, email address, organisation and message. These details are stored in the site’s database for the TAR site owner to review and respond to. An access request does not automatically grant access, and submitting a form does not send an automated email.
Framework survey
The public survey collects your stakeholder group and the answers you choose to provide about asset environments, disruption, systems, investment and terminology. Your name and email are optional. Responses are stored for the TAR site owner to review and use in framework development; individual responses are not displayed publicly. Stakeholder groups are identified so asset-owner and operator evidence can be considered separately from supplier, academic and other perspectives. Contact details are used for follow-up only if you choose to permit it. No automated email is sent.
You can leave questions blank or use broad ranges. Please avoid confidential operational, commercial or personal information. Keep your submission reference if you would like to ask the owner to correct or remove your response.
Comprehensive framework access
Authorised participants, including TAR contributors and key stakeholders across industry and academia, receive an individual 15-digit PIN with an expiry date. The site stores a salted, protected verification value rather than the PIN itself. Keep the PIN private. The owner can revoke access or issue a replacement.
Session and security information
A necessary session cookie keeps readers signed in for up to eight hours. The site records successful reader logins and resource views, as well as access issuance and revocation. Hashed network identifiers and attempt counters help limit repeated login and form submissions. The hosting service may maintain its own operational logs.
Use of framework materials
Resources are shared for the approved reader’s use. Do not circulate restricted materials or access credentials without the owner’s permission. Pages identify the signed-in reader. Login controls cannot prevent screenshots or copying by someone already authorised to view a page.
Questions or removal requests
Use the contact form to ask the site owner about your information, request a correction or ask for removal. Do not include confidential client information or sensitive personal details in the forms.
